Job Description:
Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist
with a passion for providing behavioral health interventions to
support injured workers in Spokane, Washington. You will be part of
a collaborative clinic that provides a wide variety of outpatient
psychological services, including psychological testing, individual
and family psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation and treatment, and
interdisciplinary collaboration. The group provides a team-based
approach to care and includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists,
Clinical Social Workers and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. The
team also includes excellent support staff who can assist with
everything from patient scheduling to insurance prior
authorizations. The psychologist in this role will help injured
workers to address health behaviors impacting their care and
collaborate closely with a robust occupational medicine team. This
position is based in Spokane, offering a vibrant community with a
mix of urban amenities and outdoor recreational opportunities.
Position Details: Flexible, Monday to Friday, provider-driven
schedule, which can include a mix of in-clinic and telehealth
appointments No call requirements Opportunities for
interdisciplinary work and collaboration with various medical
specialties Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between
$112,320 to $181,064 per year As a non-profit organization,
Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
program Generous continuing education funds/hours Benefits include
health, vision, dental and retirement The compensation amounts
listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives,
extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition,
providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications &
Requirements: Open to new graduates with a strong foundation in
health psychology and integrated care experience Two years of
related experience preferred Must be licensed as a psychologist in
WA state, or able to be licensed prior to starting Must also be
eligible as an approved Mental Health Provider through the
Washington State Department of Labor and Industries Where Youll
