Automation Credits Refunds at Revenue Cycle Business Services
(Remote) Supervise team providing leadership to ensure a highly
sustainably engaged team is in place, with ongoing review of
productivity and staffing needs, coaching and guidance, ensuring
daily huddles are in place for team collaboration and achievement
of work goals, ensuring 1:1's occur to support team members and
provide coaching and development as needed, ensuring regular
all-hands meetings occur for transparent and consistent
communication. Ensure talent is identified, hired, and trained and
that the new hire and onboarding process is completed in a way that
fosters success and caregiver experience. Ensure performance goals
are set and monitored and regular communication about performance
and development occurs. Responsibilities:
- Supervise a highly skilled team of technical employees with a
focus on accurate and timely credit balance and refund processing,
superior customer service, high employee satisfaction, optimal
productivity, and maximized reimbursement.
- Track Key Performance Indicators and outcomes including data
accuracy, productivity, rework, staff satisfaction, compliance
measures/requirements, and service level agreements.
- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive training
program for all new and existing staff.
- Investigate and develop resolutions to potential compliance
- Develops reports to regularly provide feedback to managers to
diagnose problems, find areas of opportunity, and set goals for

management and shift schedules. Required qualifications for this
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 4 years Related experience in healthcare, revenue cycle or
finance or banking.
