excellence in our work. The Position: We are hiring for an
experienced and people-focused Yardi Systems Administrator to join
our team in Spokane, WA . As the Yardi System Administrator, you
will be responsible for: Manage, configure, and maintain Yardi
modules (Voyager, RENTCafé, Forecast IQ, Elevate, P2P, Checkscan,
Maintenance IQ, and Fixed Asset Manager). Monitor and perform Yardi
updates, provide recommendations to departments if applicable, and
execute the implementation as required. Configure workflows,
security roles, permissions, user accounts, property lists, new
property setups and Y2Y property setups. Customize dashboards,
reports, menus, and data interfaces based on business needs.
Maintain SOC compliance for data integrity, troubleshoot
discrepancies, and conduct data audits. Create and maintain custom
reports using Yardi Report Scheduler or SQL-based reporting tools.
Manage imports/exports, bulk data operations, system integrations,
APIs, and data migration processes. Adjust Market Rents provided by
Asset Management. Act as the primary point of contact for Yardi
system issues and user support. Work closely with internal IT team,
MSP and Yardi support to resolve application errors, functional
issues, and system performance challenges. Work closely with
Accounting, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to support
business changes and initiatives. Support financial reporting,
budgeting, and property financial processes. Support training
programs for company-wide associates Familiarity with Bond
compliance and reporting. Other Duties: This job profile is not

Seeking: Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to
building and sustaining relationships with others. Must be
determined, ambitious, and self-motivated. 5 years of progressive
Yardi administrator experience. Proven experience with system
administration, system implementations, and leading enhancement
projects. Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading cross
functional team projects. Expert computer skills, including
Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills; must be proficient
in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Computer skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, Associate’s degree is required.
Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle. Compensation
and Benefits Competitive pay, $95,000-$105,000 annually (based on

Physical Requirements: Sitting: 3-7 hours/day. Walking: 1-3

fine motor skills. Near Vision: minimal near vision. Environmental
and Safety Factors: Weather: work is primarily indoors in a
temperature-controlled office environment with occasional exposure
to outdoor weather conditions, including uneven and slippery
surfaces. Noise: frequent exposure to typical office environment
noise levels including conversational voice levels; infrequent
exposure to high-volume office equipment (e.g., shredder). Pace of
