Quality Assurance controls on clean and safe physical environments for Residents. Review of cost controls for the Maintenance budgets in communities. Working with vendors and group purchasing organizations to reduce maintenance expenses. PSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The salary range for this position is $80,168.40 to $85,000.
