Idaho Real Estate Assistant Office Manager and Contract Review

Professional Realty Services is hiring additional experienced full-time real estate: Assistant Office Manager and Contract Review position for our Coeur d' Alene, ID office.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day review of real estate contracts using our paperless transaction management platform to ensure the Agent's compliance with State real estate laws (so everyone is protected). You'll need to have a solid knowledge of real estate contract forms, which forms are appropriate to use for particular situations, and be able to interpret and discuss those forms with Agents.

You will also be responsible for working with the Designated Broker with the onboarding of new Agent Partners, training on PRS systems, updating Agent Roster, working with the Administrative Assistant to maintain Ledger Cards and spreadsheets, and help with the preparation of the bi-weekly Zoom Sales Meetings.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of their contract review responsibilities.

This is a 9 AM-5 PM "In Office" Position in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You will still be able to practice real estate in the evenings and on weekends.

$60,000+ (depending on experience)--We believe in the consistent rewarding of those who serve others at a high level!

--- Daily review of real estate transaction contracts and files as well as other documents using our paperless transaction management system
--- Thoughtful communication in writing and verbally with our Agent Partners on contract review issues
--- Answer questions pertaining to contracts, MLS rules, and real estate laws
--- Assist Designated Broker to complete other real estate services for our Agent Partners, as needed
--- Help to onboard new Agent Partners in our systems and local Boards and MLSs
--- Maintain Office Roster
--- Work with the Corporate Office to facilitate agent onboarding including training on systems
--- Experience in completing Ledger Cards and Master Ledger Card spreadsheets preferred (IDAHO only)
--- Make our Agent Partners feel like they're important because they are.

--- Engage in courteous, respectful communications with Brokerage, Staff, and Agent Partners by phone, text, and email. We are very particular in how our people are to be treated. We strive to be Positive, Gracious, and Helpful in everything we do

--- MUST have an active Idaho Real Estate License and preferably an Associate Broker license
--- 3+ years experience as a licensed real estate professional in Idaho
--- Is willing to get an Associate Brokers License if not already obtained
--- Excellent written communication skills in email and text
--- "WizeHire DISC Assessment" is REQUIRED for resume to be considered
--- Experience in reviewing real estate contracts for a brokerage and providing feedback to agents on needed corrections and addenda is preferred but not required
--- Proficient Excel and Word skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and must take pride in the quality of your work
--- Great communicator and prides themselves in delivering great hospitality service
--- Eager to help others
--- A valid Idaho Real Estate License is required for this job
