You’ll be the expert homeowners trust for safe, efficient, and top-notch installations. What You’ll Do Install and replace tank and tankless water heaters Set up water treatment systems (softeners, filters, RO units) Conduct pre-install inspections to ensure proper system fit and code compliance Connect plumbing, electrical, and gas components as needed Test system performance and educate customers on operation Maintain clean, organized workspaces and properly functioning tools Follow all codes, safety standards, and company protocols What You Bring Valid WA State Plumbing License (PL01 or PL02) Gas Mechanic 1 Endorsement Proven experience with water heaters and treatment systems Knowledge of plumbing systems and water filtration Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screening Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and teamwork Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed If you’re ready to put your license to work in a flexible, high-impact role— we’d love to meet you.
