Kinetic Strategies Group Inc. is hiring a Customer Enrollment Specialist to support AT&T’s B2B sales and onboarding efforts. This position is all about accuracy, communication, and making sure every business client receives a seamless onboarding experience as they transition into AT&T’s telecom services. You’ll work in-office, full-time, handling enrollment documentation, CRM entry, service activation, and real-time customer questions. What You’ll Do: Walk clients through final AT&T B2B enrollment steps, from documentation to service activation Confirm accuracy of customer data, agreements, and service details within internal CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, billing) to ensure smooth onboarding timelines Respond to last-step questions about telecom plans, account setup, or service expectations Monitor enrollments daily to ensure no delays, compliance errors, or missing information Follow strict AT&T and internal policies for service enrollment and customer onboarding Escalate issues or setup problems quickly, ensuring clients aren’t left waiting
