We’re looking for a motivated AT&T Customer Representative to
drive client satisfaction and support brand expansion in the
AT&T B2B campaign. As an AT&T Customer Representative,
you'll engage directly with business clients, delivering expert
product insights, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless
experience from initial interest to ongoing support. This role is
ideal for someone eager to refine communication skills, master
customer relationship management, and drive client satisfaction
while contributing to brand growth and market expansion. Key
Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative
Communicate face-to-face with prospective and existing business
customers on behalf of AT&T B2B, providing product and service
information. Address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and
complaints efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive
resolution. Assist businesses with service enrollment processes,
fulfilling order requests, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and
provide tailored product and service recommendations that best suit
their business requirements. Build sustainable relationships and
foster trust among businesses through open, interactive, and
empathetic conversations. Accurately document all customer
interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and requests within the CRM
software.
