out of their AT&T services. As a customer service
representative, you’ll become the go-to resource for our local
clients—resolving concerns, answering questions, and building
long-term trust. What You'll Do: Engage directly with business
clients to answer questions, address service issues, and strengthen
relationships Resolve account discrepancies, billing questions, or
minor tech issues on-site and in real time Educate customers on
AT&T B2B features, product updates, and service improvements
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for all client
interactions and service outcomes Communicate updates, offers, and
personalized solutions to support business goals Work
cross-functionally with sales, enrollment, and tech teams to
provide seamless customer experiences Gather feedback and report
trends that help improve the overall customer service process
