Job Description Job Description Removable Dental Technician – Spokane, WA Compensation: $25–$35 per hour Schedule: Full-time, on-site Overview Our Spokane-based dental laboratory is expanding and seeking a skilled Removable Dental Technician to support our growing removable department. Candidates with digital design experience are strongly preferred, but a solid analog foundation in removable work is required. Key Responsibilities Fabricate removable prosthetics, including partials, dentures, and frameworks Conduct wax setups, try-ins, and final processing with precision and efficiency Collaborate with digital design teams for CAD/CAM workflows as needed Evaluate models and impressions for quality and case accuracy Support consistent quality control and workflow improvement initiatives Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in removable dental technology Strong understanding of analog techniques for removable fabrication Digital design (3Shape or Exocad) experience a major plus High attention to detail, teamwork, and craftsmanship Benefits Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and professional development opportunities
