Our Core Values Integrity | Trust | Giving | Positivity | Teamwork | Accountability About the Role As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician , you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You’ll serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers, ensuring each job is completed with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working order Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity What You Bring 3 years of HVAC service experience Valid EPA Section 608 Certification Electrical O6A License Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required) NATE Certification Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software Gas piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience Why Work with R&R?
