Job Description
The goal of this position is to build and develop CSL business network with key distributors and localization partners in Russia and CIS (hereinafter, the "customers" or separately the "customer") in order to ensure optimal market accessibility for registered products in the designated territories and reimbursement channels; for supporting corporate logistics and customer service organization.
Identify the optimal strategy for driving growth in CIS markets, and pursue the chosen strategy on the management level
Develop and align tactics for strategy -implementation
Negotiate and agree with partners in CIS markets contractual terms in accordance with corporate strategy, define sales/shipments targets for individual markets.
Ensure product availability for CIS markets. - Ensure production Forecasting Accuracy in APO DP for our portfolio in Russia/CIS
Monitore the changes in CIS legislation, and requirements with regard to localization and manufacturing - activities, serialization, customs, packaging, monopoly legislation, pharmaceuticals distribution
Support tender business through communication with plants and headquarters on product constraints and required delivery schedules
Regularly update the corporate Tender Management System (TMS) based on activities
Lead local operations on the localization initiative, project team coordination - product in a local site, regulatory, quality, and legal aspects
Travel 60%
Reporting to - - National Manager
Subordinates - none
Higher education (economic is preferred)
8-10 years - of overall experience
3+ years working as a Supply Chain/Commercial/Senior KAM
Managerial experience is a plus,
Experience working in an nternational pharma company (preferably hospital segment) is a plus
Understanding the pharmaceutical distribution framework, hospital segment
Ability to set up an efficient Sales and Operation planning process, achieving KPIs for demand planning and inventory management
Ability to effectively communicate with distributors and negotiate favorable conditions
Ability to work with documentation and systems - contracts, S&OP systems, project plans etc.
Multifunctional coordination
Ability to achieve business goals
Fast learner, communication skills, drive for results, process management, analytical thinking
English: Fluent
