Job Description:
Busy family owned and operated travel center in St. Regis is
looking for their next General Manager to lead their high volume
operations while provide top notch customer experience. The center
include a fuel station, convenience store, restaurant, casino, gift
shop, and ice cream / espresso stand. This 15K square foot
operations has up to 110 employees in the busy peak season and
already has in place strong department managers. -If you have
experience in retail management, want growth in your career, and

you!Responsibilities include: -Management - develop and enforce
policies, train and support managers, set customer service
standards, develop employee evaluation program, oversee wages and
benefits, create teamwork and synergy between departments, ensure
teams are well-trained, maintain a safe and friendly work
environment while providing outstanding customer service. -Building
- Oversee maintenance and janitorial, develop capital improvement
budget, develop annual maintenance and repair budget, research new
equipment as needed, develop and implement employee and customer
safety protocols, oversee seasonal d--cor and landscaping.
-Financial - Oversee daily audits, implement policies and
procedures to reduce shrinkage, prepare annual budget and sales
goals, set goals and provide feedback to department managers.
-Product - Work with Department Managers to improve product
offerings, profitability and presentation for each department. -Why
