Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Seeking manufacturing manager with demonstrable expertise leading a continuous improvement focused production team consisting of engineers, designers, drafters, production personnel, and procurement staff in a matrix environment. Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

*** Simultaneously managing multiple projects through all phases of production including oversight of in house design teams creating industry leading electro-mechanical machinery, subcontractors manufacturing and fabricating custom components, product assembly teams and final product testing engineers before systems ship to client facility.

*** Implementing lean manufacturing principles as well as identifying, assessing and incorporating continuous improvement throughout all phases of production.

*** Supervising data entry and work flow management into SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

*** Scheduling personnel, training team members, oversee production activities, and ensure projects are completed on time

We are seeking a self-starter with a track record of going the extra mile, getting hands-on, and maintaining an active presence on the assembly floor.

Must have a BS in Engineering discipline and experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Toyota Production System, or similar.

Requires operations management experience in a manufacturing and production environment
