actively recruiting people interested in becoming a Caregiver and

Service, Honesty. As a Caregiver with Care to Stay Home the pay
range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 an hour. You can expect
a starting rate of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour commensurate with
experience and certifications. We have the following opportunities
available in Idaho for immediate employment :
- flexible 4 and 8 hour shifts (weekdays and/or weekends)
- 12 hour day or night shifts
- on-call opportunities to pick up shifts when you are available
if you prefer flexibility
- 3 and 4 day (24 hour live in with client) We provide you with:
- expert client/caregiver matching, (clients and caregivers
throughly screened for safety)
- basic companionship and light housekeeping to higher levels of
care, assignments based on your skills
- care management team that will introduce you to your client and
make sure you are comfortable in the situation
- available clients for quick assignments in Hayden, Post Falls,
Rathdrum and Coeur d'Alene
- on-call opportunities to pick up shifts when you are available
if you prefer flexibility
- 20-40 hours plus available based on your flexibility
- weekly new hire orientation and skills trainings to get you
started with clients ASAP
- 24 hour office support to ensure your success At Care to Stay

Off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. Because we operate 24/7 any
employee working on one of our designated holidays will be paid at
time and one half their regular pay. Designated holidays are New
Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving

our team you will work one on one to provide non-medical care to
seniors in their own homes; assist seniors with personal care such
as bathing, grooming, and hygiene; encourage seniors to try new
things and stay active (within reason); ensure seniors are eating a
balanced diet and taking their prescribed medications, establish
and maintain open communication and loyal relationships with
seniors, family members, and co-workers and strive to create a
positive atmosphere built on trust and respect. While a CNA and
some experience is beneficial, it's not required. We will provide
the training and support that you need to be successful. You just
need to bring a caring and compassionate mindset and the
willingness to provide the best care possible to our clients.
