• Employment Type: Travelo 13 weeks, 36 hourso BLS Requiredo Patient population includes cognitive impairment, nephrology patients (peritoneal dialysis is completed by core staff), End of Life Care/Hospice patients, Acute rehab or skilled nursing care level patients while figuring out discharge plan. Dialysis Staff complete dialysis in a dialysis suite. Patients with dicharge barriers. General M/S patients. Lift equipment (Hoyer, etc). Do NOT need to read Tele strips (there is a monitor room for remote Tele)Amare Medical Network Job ID #19437757.
