Job Description:

We are seeking a registered nurse dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, customer service, and compassionate interactions with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Primary responsibilities include conducting age-specific assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Accurately administering treatments and medications, documenting care using electronic medical records, and adjusting plans based on patient needs are essential duties.
Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, current RN licensure in Virginia or eligibility, and certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, or NRP as needed.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EPIC) and successful completion of orientation and competency assessments are necessary.
This full-time position offers primarily day/evening shifts, with occasional weekends and holidays, based at a hospital setting.
