The Role: Director Surgical Services RN Step into a pivotal leadership position at Sacred Heart Medical Center, overseeing the administration and management of our Surgical and Procedural Services.   • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years in a leadership role in surgical/procedural services.
  • Licensure: Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Performance Excellence: Proven ability to achieve customer service excellence.
  • Change Management Expertise: Skills in managing and implementing change effectively.
  • Strategic Focus: Ability to balance daily operations with long-term goals.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of surgical and interventional operations.
  • Market Understanding: Familiarity with the local and regional healthcare environment.
