elevate our Procedural Services - Endoscopy, Cardiovascular,

excellence. The Role: Director Surgical Services RN Step into a
pivotal leadership position at Sacred Heart Medical Center,
overseeing the administration and management of our Surgical and
Procedural Services. Your mission will include fostering a culture

and physician satisfaction, financial health, and regulatory
compliance. What You'll Do:
- Lead Staff Development: Empower staff to lead with our mission

- Oversee Financial Planning: Lead budget development and meet
financial targets.

You'll Bring:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is
required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of nursing experience
and 2 years in a leadership role in surgical/procedural
services.
- Licensure: Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Performance Excellence: Proven ability to achieve customer
service excellence.
- Change Management Expertise: Skills in managing and
implementing change effectively.
- Strategic Focus: Ability to balance daily operations with
long-term goals.
- Operational Expertise: Knowledge of surgical and interventional
operations.
- Market Understanding: Familiarity with the local and regional
healthcare environment.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written
