LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Hospitalist MD in Grand Coulee, Washington, 99133! Pay Information $175 to $200 per hour About The Position Hospitalist Needed in Washington Locum Hospitalist needed in Washington, near Spokane International Airport, for full-week 24-hour coverage blocks, including patient rounding and offsite call Highlights - Credentialing support for 7/7 start - 24-hour shifts with minimal overnight call volume - Critical procedures covered by CRNA Practice Setting - 15-bed acute facility with additional swing and OB beds - Daily hospital census averages 7 patients - Subspecialty support from CRNA, OB, ED, and surgery Schedule - 7-day blocks - 24-hour shifts from 7a to 7a - Round in the morning and pager call coverage remainder of shift - Dates still available in September Cases and Procedures - Paracentesis and thoracentesis required - Backup for OB newborn care (OB on call 24/7) - No ICU, no vent management, intubation rarely required Requirements - Board certified or board eligible within 5 years in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Washington license required - ACLS and ATLS skills expected; must support ED in trauma/code scenarios - Minimum 12 months experience Travel Accommodations - Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all reimbursed Continuity of care is key - ideal for physicians open to covering multiple full weeks.
