10% IP Physicians in Practice: 2 Hem & Onc Support Staff: - 3 PCC,
4 MAs, 2 RNs, 1 Social Worker, 1 Authorizations & 1 Financial
Counselor. Required Procedures: - Participation on a tumor board -
Chemotherapy: Intrathecal Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse
Oncology Total No. of Beds: 750 No. of Exam Rooms: 8 Lab & X-ray
