Description This is a combined posting for an Social Worker LCSW, Professional counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Therapist LMFT and Social Worker MSW . The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Social Worker LCSW Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) in an education program accredited by the council on social work education and approved by the secretary based upon nationally recognized standards. Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License 2 years In the field or in a related area. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of Ambulatory clinic or hospital. Social Worker LCSW Salary Range: Min: $35.35 , Max: $54.88 Professional Counselor Required qualifications: Master's Degree in counseling or related field Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License Preferred qualifications: 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting. Professional Counselor Salary Range: Min: $30.81 , Max: $48.77 Licensed Professional Counselor Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License Preferred qualifications: 2 years of related experience. 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting. Licensed Professional Counselor Salary Range: Min: $35.25 , Max: $54.88 Social Worker MSW Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work. Preferred qualifications: Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License 2 years of Hospital experience. Social Worker MSW Salary Range: Min: $31.43 , Max: $48.78 Mental Health Therapist LMFT Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Family therapy Upon hire: Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License Preferred qualifications: 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
