Job Description:

highly skilled and dedicated Medical Lab Tech/Clinical Lab
Scientist to join our healthcare team. This role is pivotal in
providing top-tier medical laboratory services, ensuring high
standards of practice and contributing to the overall health
outcomes of the communities we serve. As part of our healthcare
team, you will work in a stimulating environment where your work
not only supports patient diagnoses but also advances our
understanding of medical sciences. Conduct routine and specialized
tests on clinical specimens to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Analyze and interpret test results and ensure they are accurately
recorded in patient records. Maintain and calibrate laboratory
equipment to guarantee precise test results. Participate in quality
control and quality assurance procedures to maintain the highest
standards of laboratory practices. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to discuss clinical procedures and results. Stay
updated with the latest developments in medical technologies and
laboratory techniques. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment
and conducting diagnostic tests. Strong analytical skills and
attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. Strong
problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical
Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society for Clinical
Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent. Valid and current licensure as
required by state or federal regulations.
