Surgical Tech Location: Spokane, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical Technician Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Duration: Permanent Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years Operating room experience preferred. License: Washington Surgical Technologist Registration. Certifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire. Must-Have: Recent completion of an accredited surgical technologist program may be considered as current experience. Description: Responsible for functioning as the scrub technologist in the surgical suite and other clinical areas. Duties include the selection and set-up of the sterile table with instruments, supplies, and equipment. Pass instruments to the surgeon during procedures. Maintain sterile technique and care for instruments following procedures. May be assigned to roles such as case carts turnover team and service line surgical technologists. Assist in circulating duties as assigned under the supervision of the RN. Assume defined roles to meet key performance indicators for the efficient flow of patients through the OR experience.
