achieving shared goals. Role Description This is a Part-Time
on-site position for a Nurse Practitioner/Hormone Specialist at
Luxe. Salon and Medspa in Spokane, WA. The primary responsibilities
include conducting patient assessments, creating and overseeing
personalized hormone therapy plans, medical weight loss, educating
patients on treatments, and providing expert guidance on wellness
and aesthetics services. Collaboration with the team, staying up to
date with the latest medical advancements, and maintaining
compliance with healthcare regulations are essential aspects of the
role. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting patient assessments,
diagnosing conditions, and formulating personalized treatment
plans. Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and related
medical practices; experience in wellness or aesthetics is highly
desirable. Experience in patient education and consultation to
explain treatment options and provide support. Excellent
communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work
effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Active Nurse
Practitioner license in Washington State, with prescriptive
authority and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide high-quality,
patient-focused care. Prior experience in a medspa or similar
healthcare setting is a plus.
