Job Description:
Providence Medical Group-Eastern Washington is seeking a
compassionate, board-eligible/board-certified part-time Palliative
Care physician to join a well-established, mission-driven team in
Spokane, Washington. The practice is focused on providing inpatient
consultative services with a small outpatient presence. As such,
you can expect to work with a wide variety of cases from the ICU,
medical floors, surgical teams, ED, LVAD, as well as see congenital
heart patients. As part of a robust care team, you will be working
alongside Hospice and Palliative Medicine board-certified
physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, a
dedicated chaplain and a music thanatologist. The ideal candidate
is flexible and adaptable, enjoys a collegial work group, is
dedicated to patient care, and is committed to their own self-care.

schedule with no call or weekends Team based care model with an
interdisciplinary care team comprised of board-certified Hospice
and Palliative care physicians and palliative care trained APCs,
nurses, social workers and chaplains Ample opportunity for teaching
medical students and residents as faculty of two medical schools
and local Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residencies Must be
a board-eligible/board-certified Hospice and Palliative Physician
Relocation assistance is available Guaranteed salary, quality
incentives, and CME funds and hours Compensation is between
$235,130 and $263,839 per year The compensation amounts listed may
include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra
