Job Description Job Description Model Room Technician – Spokane, WA Compensation: $20–$23 per hour Schedule: Full-time, on-site Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Model Room Technician to join our Spokane, WA dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with stone model pouring, trimming, and articulating in a dental lab environment. This position is essential to the foundation of our restorative work and quality control. Key Responsibilities Accurately pour, trim, and articulate stone models from dental impressions Prepare and label models for workflow through various lab departments Assist with scanning and digital model preparation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the model room area Ensure all cases are processed accurately and on schedule Qualifications Prior dental laboratory experience required Proficiency in stone model pouring and model room operations Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Dependable and collaborative work ethic Benefits Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and professional development opportunities
