Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Spokane, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,912 to $2,106 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title Registered Nurse - ER City/State: Spokane, Washington Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts in a 123 bed level 3 trauma center with 21 ED beds in Spokane. Responsibilities: Provide care to gero population, abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke, psych, respiratory patients, with 15% pediatric cases. Conduct conscious sedation, manage chest tubes, and work with central lines. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI or MOAB, NIHSS certifications Experience with TNK, conscious sedation, chest tubes, central lines, Epic Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
