Our ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a part of a comprehensive team to offer our patients the best care possible, that they need and deserve! We prefer a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with some clinical experience, especially experienced within Orthopedics/Physical medicine. Job Duties: Patient care and management Order Diagnostic tests and labs/imaging Diagnose and treatment of a wide variety of conditions Act as a liaison between patients and physicians to coordinate recommended patient care Documentation- timely and accurate Collaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s goals Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License to practice in WA Experience in Orthopedics and Neurology (pain, concussion, and related conditions) preferred Schedule: Full time Salary: $125k -$145k (DOE) Benefits: Company paid malpractice insurance PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits Company paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance Short-term disability EAP 401(k) retirement plan Paid CME days Monday through Friday work schedule We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who loves being a part of a team that is driven to help others.
