Valley, WA. Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS and
HCHB skills to provide skilled in-home nursing across Spokane

/n/nJob Details/n /n - Position: Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) –
Travel / Travel RN / Home Health RN/n - Location: Spokane Valley,
WA 99212 (serving Spokane County and lower Stevens County)/n -
Assignment Length: 13 weeks/n - Start Date: March 16, 2026/n - End
Date: June 14, 2026/n - Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel
Nursing / Home Health)/n - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00
PM; 1 weekend per month (with a day off before and after the
weekend)/n - Hours per Week: 40/n - Shift Duration: 8-hour days/n -
On-Call: Assist with 2 on-call shifts per month (5:00 PM–8:00 AM),
if possible/n - Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,420–$2,550/n - Sign-On
Bonus: $2,000 if you start in March!/n /n/nJob Requirements (Home
Health RN / Travel RN)/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license/n - Minimum 12 months of Home Health RN experience within
the past 3 years/n - Proficiency with OASIS documentation (OASIS-C2
or current OASIS version)/n - Experience using HCHB (Homecare
Homebase) EMR/n - Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation for in-home visits/n - Strong communication, time
management, and clinical documentation skills/n /n/nKey
Responsibilities – Home Health Nursing/n /n - Provide skilled
in-home nursing care that promotes patient independence and quality
of life/n - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop
individualized home health care plans/n - Complete accurate, timely
documentation using OASIS and HCHB EMR to support compliance and
quality metrics/n - Educate patients and caregivers on medication
management, symptom monitoring, wound care, and disease processes/n
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize clinical changes, and
coordinate appropriate interventions or referrals/n - Collaborate
with a geographic team, nurse manager, and interdisciplinary team
to ensure continuity of care/n - Participate in scheduled weekend
rotations and support limited on-call coverage as assigned/n /n/n
