Description American Traveler is hiring an Electrophysiology
Technologist with 2 years of EP-specific experience for a 13-week
Cath Lab assignment in Washington state. Details - Level III trauma
center with 388 total beds, 6 total Cath Lab beds including 2
EP-specific rooms - Adult-only patient population - EP cases
include Electrophysiology Studies (EPS), Catheter Ablations (PFA,
Radiofrequency Ablations, Cryoablations), Device and Laser Lead
Extractions, Cardioversions, Pacemaker/Defibrillator implants, Bi-V
implants, and leadless devices (Micra and Aveir) - EMR: Epic -
10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM - No floating required -
Weekend rotation is call only — 1 weekend every 6th weekend
(Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with a 30-minute response
time if called in - 2 nights of late-stay call per week; no
overnight call required Requirements - Minimum 2 years of
EP-specific experience required - ARRT-R, RCIS, or RCES
certification required - Current ACLS and BLS required - WA state
license required if applicable - Proficiency in scrubbing,
monitoring, and circulating EP cases - Must be able to scrub and
pan simultaneously - Experience with the full range of EP case
types listed, including device implants and lead extractions
Additional Information - Perform and assist with EP studies,
catheter ablations, device implants, lead extractions,
cardioversions, and related procedures - One EP Technologist is on
call for weekends; if a device implant is called in, a Cath Lab
Tech will also be called to assist - Scrubs are provided by the
hospital - First-time travelers will be considered for this
position - One supervisor-level reference required for
consideration; a second reference will be needed prior to start
