I am seeking dental health advocates, catheter ninjas and
communication wizards to join an independently owned, dental
focused general practice in Spokane Valley. We want you to use the
skills you have worked hard to acquire to help to cultivate clinic
culture for a superior client, patient and staff experience. Come
join us to further develop your technical skills in the area of
dentistry, anesthesia and pain management. You will have autonomy
over projects that speak to your passions within our practice and
collaborate on practice protocols. Maintain your life work harmony
with a set four day week, you will know when you work and when you
have time off months in advance! The ideal candidate is open to
helping out in other areas of the hospital, such as helping to
answer phones or check out clients if needed. We are looking for
team members who adhere to high standards of patient and client
care. Do you have the desire to learn/improve? Not a ton of
previous dental experience? That is okay. Great, skills can be
taught! Just bring your positive attitude, sense of humor, work
ethic, and join us! Job Requirements: Hold a current veterinary
technician license for WA state. Reliable transportation Client
communication Represent our facility in a kind and professional
manner Low stress handing of pets Catheter placement Anesthesia
preparation and monitorig Surgical induction Dental radiographs and
prophylactic cleanings Overseeing treatment area and hospitalized
patient care Help with controlled drug management Charting and
record keeping Client education Laugh, enjoy your time at the
clinic and be part of a team. *Ideally 1 year experience but not

appointment on a week day, need to get to a kids soccer game, or
have an agility trial, we can usually accommodate you. Four day
work week (Monday-Thursday—That’s it). One weeks paid vacation to
start and sick time. Additionally there is a 5 day Thanksgiving
break (Weds-Sun) and the week off between Christmas Eve and New
Years Day. We are closed for all bank/school holidays. Annual
technician license renewals. Pet benefits- annual dentals for your
pets—because we are here to help keep the teeth! Annual lab work
for pets, discounted general wellness (Available after 90 days)
Continuing education budget annually (available after 120 days)
