We have a separate cardiovascular OR. Special Procedures/Unit Details : DO NOT PASS THE CLINICAN IF THEY ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE. OK TO SCREEN IF IT IS A STRONG CANDIDATE. Required Skills: Scrub/Circulate NBSTSA certification is not required for this facility Special Equipment : Required: Basic surgical equipmentPreferred: Davinci XI, SPM Tier3 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal.
