We perform all types of procedures including neuro, ortho, general,
GU, GYN, robotics, peds, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology,
maxillofacial, kidney and pancreas transplants on patients of all
ages. We have a separate cardiovascular OR. Special Procedures/Unit
Details : DO NOT PASS THE CLINICAN IF THEY ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED
SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE. OK TO SCREEN IF IT IS A STRONG CANDIDATE.
Required Skills: Scrub/Circulate NBSTSA certification is not
required for this facility Special Equipment : Required: Basic
surgical equipmentPreferred: Davinci XI, SPM Tier3 Travel
Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start.
Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post
submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific
scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer
RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond
contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract
and system DNR. Max of one job per submittal Valid WA or Compact RN
license (required at time of submission) Valid Allied license in
hand (please ask AM if unsure) 50 mile local radius, Locals are
accepted at a lower rate Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months
before submitting as traveler Must include response to the

at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel

and dates worked. REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references

expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted
facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of
assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Modules: Modules
are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM
approval Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Time spent
