Job Description:

This is a Brand New and Exciting Role for Planet Bingo as we expand our Bingo Gaming Experience.

We have an immediate opening supporting our Bingo Games.

The Casino Bingo - Game Assistant will be supporting our Electronic Bingo Operations and Games in the Coeur D'Alene Casino in Idaho.

This will be a part-time on-site position supporting hand held computer Bingo Gaming Devices and ensuring cleanliness and functionality in the Bingo Gaming Area of the Casino. Will work with On Site Staff and report into a Manager who is located in Arizona or California.

Will support ensuring equipment is charged and with a focus on Customer Service, Cleanliness and Functionality of Equipment. This position will identify and solve problems as they arise.

This position must be able to work on site in the Casino and pass drug and background screens.

Some Overtime may be required based on the events.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Windows
--- 2+ years relative experience with Workstations
--- 2+ years relative experience with Peripheral Devices including Printers, Scanners, etc.
--- Familiar and have an understanding of Networking including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
--- An understanding of Wireless and Internet Technologies
--- A working knowledge of Microsoft office products
--- Must have strong customer service, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
--- Experience with Customer Service
--- Experience with Windows
--- High school diploma, GED, associate's degree, Bachelors degree, related certifications, or 2+ years relevant related experience
