Spokane International Airport (GEG) | Commissary Assistant Commissary Manager $65,000 / year Full-Time | Hourly | Bonus Eligible Warehouse/Commissary Management Experience Required Are you an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume, a stickler for food safety, and a knack for leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commissary Manager in the Spokane International Airport. What You’ll Do: Manage All Warehouse and Production Kitchen Activities Focus on the Food Lead and Develop Team Systems and Processes Inventory control and cost evaluation Setting up par lists and stock on hand controls Office Management Forecasting and Budgeting Problem Solving What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years in warehouse/commissary in a management/supervisory capacity. Culinary background is desirable. Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities. Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports. High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
