Assistant Restaurant Manager $65,000 / year Full-Time | Hourly | Bonus Eligible Step into leadership at one of the most exciting restaurant openings inside Spokane International Airport. We’re looking for a driven Assistant Manager who leads from the floor, protects food quality like it’s personal, and builds teams that execute with confidence. What You’ll Own Direct daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH Maintain exceptional food standards and sanitation compliance Control labor, inventory, and cost metrics Train, coach, and elevate team performance Ensure systems and processes run smoothly Support forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance Troubleshoot fast and lead with composure This is a high-visibility role in a high-volume environment. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience Minimum 1 year in coffee shop management required Experience leading both Front of House and Back of House teams in a full-service environment; fast-casual background a plus Strong operational acumen with a sharp focus on food quality and safety Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational demands High School Diploma required; additional education preferred You know how to balance hospitality, speed, and standards - and you don’t wait to be told what needs fixing.
