Payroll Services processes biweekly payroll for the University of
Idaho's five thousand plus employees.
Position Overview
As a collaborative member of the Payroll Department, the Payroll
Specialist will participate in processing and transmitting
university payroll transactions and ensuring compliance with all
university, state and federal payroll-related policies, laws and
regulations. The team ensures transactions are processed accurately
and on-time, reviewing and resolving discrepancies expeditiously.
They serve as an expert resource for the campus community,
providing training related to payroll, tax and withholding-related
processes and requirements.
