Job Description Job Description CDL?A Regional Transport & Warehouse Operations Associate Location: Palouse, WA Pay: 22–24 per hour DOE Schedule: Full-time with overtime during peak seasons A day in the role Your morning starts with a thorough pre-trip inspection, a quick review of your route, and accurate log entries. You load product carefully, double-check counts, and head out to deliver shipments. Every stop includes safe unloading and verification of paperwork so that each delivery is documented and complete. Back at the warehouse, you shift gears smoothly. You update inventory in the system, operate a forklift safely and legally, and lend a hand wherever needed. Throughout the day, you flag equipment issues, follow safety protocols, and keep communication clear with your team. This hybrid role is intentionally split between the road and the warehouse, so flexibility and comfort switching contexts are essential. What you will handleDriving Daily safety inspections and pre/post-trip checks Accurate driver logs and DOT documentation Loading and unloading product with a focus on safety Verifying product counts at pickup and delivery Transporting shipments to designated locations Reporting equipment issues, accidents, and safety concerns promptly Ensuring valid shipping documents accompany every delivery Warehouse Maintaining accurate inventory using computerized systems Operating forklifts and related equipment safely and in compliance Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed Following all safety procedures and protocols Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns What you bring Class A CDL; Hazmat endorsement preferred (training available for the right candidate) Residence within 30 minutes of Palouse job site TWIC card or ability to obtain Forklift experience required Ability to work independently and communicate well with a team Strong attention to detail, honesty, and integrity Willingness to learn new tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs Benefits & perks Full benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid vacation Life insurance Ready to apply Express Employment Professionals – Lewiston jaclyn.millett@expresspros.com 208-743-6507 We help Skilled Trades Professionals find long-term, career-focused opportunities.
