of local scrap rubber consumers. Job Summary: We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced individual to join our manufacturing
leadership team as a General Laborer. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in manufacturing operations, physical labor,
and the ability to work well in a team environment and ensure the
production process has a continuous and steady flow of the
production of molded rubber goods. Duties and Responsibilities:
Unloading tires from trailers Stack finished products on pallets
Staple label to finished products Carry large buckets of rubber
from mixers to production presses Spread rubber into molds Assemble
boxes for finished goods Required Skills/Abilities: The plant
environment will include, extreme cold and heat (weather related),
working near moving mechanical parts. Noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the
production area. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance
vision and ability to adjust focus. Frequently required to stand
for 9 hours a day, walk; use hands to handle or feel, and talk or
hear; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or
crawl. Education and Experience: 1-2 years’ experience working in
an industrial manufacturing operations environment, preferred. EEO
