We are currently seeking Turndown Attendants to join our team! The role of the Turndown Attendant is to provide a unique, specialized turn service by straightening accommodation, replacing used items, replenishing amenities, illuminating accommodation for a comfortable bedtime ambiance, and providing turndown gift from the resort each night.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Refresh luxury homes, glamping tents and other accommodations by removing trash, replenishing towels, washing dishes, cleaning and tidying areas, replacing amenities, turndown beds and placing the accommodation in turndown status.

+ Ensure all homes and rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

+ Operate within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to housekeeping and turndown services.

+ Follow assigned turndown instructions and meet deadlines.

+ Stock homes, tents and/or areas with all necessary supplies while continuously keeping all work areas clean and organized.

+ Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace appropriately.

+ Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly.

+ Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms/homes.

+ Assist in public area cleaning, home and camp cleaning or any assignment requested.

+ Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, polishing, vacuuming and shampooing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

+ High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework

+ Previous general cleaning experience

+ Proven customer services skills, communication skills and organizational skills

+ Valid driver's license and the ability to meet company driving policy
