About The Role Under general supervision of the Mortgage Loan Servicing Supervisor, perform routine administrative and clerical duties requiring application of various work methods and procedures, and familiarity with departmental functions, policies and practices. Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with customers and others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding fairly routine matters for the purposes of giving and obtaining information or instructions, updating or referring. Communications require shorter and not in-depth discussions most of the time. This is a Corporate position located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The starting wage for this position is $15.22 + per hour depending on experience. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Duties and Responsibilities: Pay Insurance, tax, and PMI premiums from escrow when due, by tracking escrowed loans through the banking software, and set distribution dates with the help of vendors. Make updates to the loan servicing system and initiate and mail payments to respective Insurance Companies. Scanning and Indexing loan records and loan documents. Makes simple postings to various departmental records including collateralization screens and data input to Silverlake Computer system. Monitor and review flood insurance on all loans within the designated flood zone to ensure compliance. Maintain annual flood worksheets. Preforms reviews/ check backs on new loans, CITs and payoff quotes. General administrative support including but not limited to conducting research, analyzing and classifying materials, preparing reports involving tabulations, posting to various departmental records, and serving as a back-up for all other Loan Support positions as deemed necessary. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. Ability to serve as a backup for other staff members in a mutually supportive team work environment. Employee must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance. Additional Requirements Travel Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Infrequent - rare. Kneeling: Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees. Infrequent - rare. Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. Occasional - now and then. Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward. Occasional - now and then. Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion. Occasional - now and then. Repetitive Motion: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Daily. Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. Infrequent - rare.
