The Director of Quality and Case Management will be joining a 300+ patient bed, community hospital located on a beautiful, recently renovated campus that that includes the latest and most advanced healthcare technology. This full-service medical center has earned top honors in the areas of superior quality and patient safety as seen with their LeapFrog “A” Rating, their Excellence Awards in Cancer Care and Neurodiagnostic Services, their CMS Top Quality Performer Recognition, and their impressive Magnet Designation which has been maintained since 2006.

The Director of Quality and Case Management will be joining a 300+ patient bed, Level III Trauma Center that has been serving its surrounding community for over 75 years. This beautifully equipped hospital offers a wide array of impressive services including 24/7 Emergency Services, Cancer Care, Diagnostic Imaging, advanced surgical services, and more. This Director of Quality and Case Management will have administrative oversite of the development and implementation of the hospital’s quality and performance improvement program. The Director of Quality and Case Management will assist in developing metrics in quality to ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance to maintain a high-level of patient care. This experienced individual will demonstrate their expertise in quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient-relationship development. 

Further responsibilities in this role include the facilitation of corrective action, patient assessment, and resolution of family/visitor issues as well as maintenance of open communication with other department leaders. A CPHQ certified healthcare professional with experience in healthcare administration, case management, utilization review, or quality management in the acute care setting will make for quick interviews!
