They will also assist in greeting or finalizing sales interactions for the sales staff so they may assist other customers more quickly. Other duties may be assigned by store leadership to ensure an outstanding experience. To be successful, the Retail Experience Specialist should be great at communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for registering customers as they come into the store, provide general information, troubleshooting and monitor the store flow. This is a non-commissioned position but is eligible for a bonus based on the overall performance of the assigned retail store.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide consistent excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalismEnthusiastically greet customers and check them in based on needsBasic troubleshooting of wireless devices, setting up phone features, apps, voicemail, e-mail, and data transfersAnswering general billing questionsDirect customers, familiarize customers with store layout and available resourcesAssist/Process curbside pickups, in-store pickups, returns & exchangesCRM activities including customer follow up, in and outbound calling, appointment scheduling for sales staffManage wait times and customer expectations to help monitor store flowPrepare and process sales through GoWireless POS systemsMonitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels and stock the sales floorResponsible for maintaining store standards and appearanceConducting opening and closing duties, often aloneResponsible for adherence to all Company policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District ManagerThis position may cover more than one retail locationMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredStrong customer service skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis while maintaining operations within a retail store environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced retail store environmentSelf-motivation, as well as the ability to work in a team environmentProfessional appearance and the ability to work early evenings and weekendsPhysical Requirements:Extended periods of time standingLifting up to 50 poundsOccasional bending, stooping, pullingRepetitive motion tasks while doing computer workExposure to active wireless equipment, signals, and transmissionsNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
