Experienced Construction Superintendent
Edwards Smith Construction, Coeur d'Alene's premier custom home
builder, is seeking an Experienced Construction Superintendent to
join our team. Individual must be comfortable reading and
understanding detailed construction blueprints and drawings; have
knowledge of materials, products and installation; be able to
coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines;
possess outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation
skills, as well as excellent organizational and time-management
skills; have the ability to plan and see the big picture; and be
proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. -
