Duties:Establish yearly student recruitment goals within assigned
region or throughout the state. Plan and implement activities to
meet inquiry and enrollment objectives. Promote the long-term
advantages of an ASMSA education including the availability of
program/study options.Collaborate across departments to ensure all
correspondence and market promotional and recruitment materials are
consistent with ASMSA marketing and communications strategies and
guidelines.Record and report recruitment activities, including
travel and event schedules, after-activity reports, recruitment
opportunities. Adjust future recruitment goals and activities based
on the goals of ASMSA.Ensure all ASMSA student retention and
recruitment activities are goal driven, coordinated and market
focused. Coordinate Admissions Department internal and external
information sessions and displays.Schedule, plan and organize open
house events, regional night meetings and school visits. Inform
prospective students of programs, courses, admission requirements,
suitability of program to educational goals, the current calendar,
academic schedule, guidelines and policies.Remain current in
admissions process practices and methods through membership in
professional organizations and participation in professional
development conferences and events.Weekend recruitment activities
requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree required and at least 2
years' experience required.Master's degree is preferred.Strong
writing skills.Strong verbal skills including phone skills and the
ability to speak to large crowds.Strong organizational
skills.Computer competency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
programs. Experience with BlackBaud Enrollment Management System
software is a plus.Able to work independently and as a part of a
team.Able to grasp the broad overview of ASMSA and its services in
order to best utilize available resources.Additional
