Life Coaches are there at the residence with our clients to help
guide and mentor them during those difficult moments. The care and
focus that is provided helps the clients and their families move
toward a healthy and healing home environment by assisting with
communication methods, social skills, experiential, and academic
progress.$2,000 Sign-on BonusWe are hiring for the following
shifts:FULL-TIME:Sunday-Wednesday (7:30am-5pm)Sunday-Wednesday
(12:30-10pm)Wednesday-Saturday (7:30am-5pm)Wednesday-Saturday
(7:30am-5pm)PART-TIME:Sunday-Tuesday (7:30am-5pm)Sunday-Tuesday
(12:30-10pm)Thursday-Saturday (7:30am-5pm)Thursday-Saturday (12:30-

position?Minimum Degree in psychology, social work or related field
preferred, but not essential.21+ years of age or olderAble to pass
pre-employment drug screenAble to pass criminal investigation
background checkCurrent driver's licenseAbility to effectively
communicate and build healthy relationships.Ability to set and
teach positive valuesAbility to perform CPR and First-Aid.Ability
to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative studentSkill in
de-escalating agitated students.Preferred - One year of experience
in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and
systemic modalities.Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to plans
