The Production Assembler is vital to the growth and success of Nightforce Optics by assembling our high-quality rifle scopes and optics. Starting wage is $16 with a $1.50 shift differential if you work the 2nd shift which is 4:30pm to 3:00am. What you will be doing: Essential Job Duties

  • Independently assembling components using templates, instructions, blueprints, and a variety of tools.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean workspace by following established safety rules and guidelines.
  • Working with multiple departments including Quality Control, Engineering, and the Machine Shop to successfully achieve Nightforce's goals in an effective and efficient way.
  • Ensuring professional communication and dialogue between team members and other departments.
  • Basic facility duties such as cleaning, organizing, etc., as needed. What we need from you: Required Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Must be able to multi-task and work in a production and/or machine shop environment for 40-50 hours per week
    • Must be available, reliable, and willing to work any shift including, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm or 4:30pm-3:00am.
    • Must be self-motivated and a diligent worker
    • Must have the ability to work with and assemble small components
    • Must be quality minded with the visual acuity to distinguish fine detail Physical Requirements:
      • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, with or without accommodation.
      • Manual dexterity as needed to operate a variety of equipment including hand tools and measuring equipment
      • Must have the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day
