  Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction of luxury homes to ensure cost, schedule and quality standards are achieved
  • Manages all construction activities for assigned projects, manages scheduling, supervises trade partner's work, maintains site for safety and appearance and is responsible for the customer experience throughout the building process
    What you will do:
    • The Project Manager will play a key role in the organization
    • Accountable for all aspects of each project assigned
    • Following 7 step process and support the mantra of "Pre-construction is the Construction"
    • Work with their clients to develop the scope of the project, budget and a schedule before the project starts
    • Oversee trade partner activities and evaluate quality of work
    • Oversee project schedule, customer communication and budget throughout building process
    • Authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor resources
      What you will need:
      • Experience in the construction field including high-end residential construction, multi-family construction or experience with complex, high-revenue building projects
      • Self-motivated
      • Organized
      • Have a high attention to detail
      • Computer/tech savvy
      • Proficient in Excel, builder software and estimating software a bonus
