Were a certified Great Place to Work and ranked among Fortunes Best Workplaces in Aging Services!We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!The Plant Operations - Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.What you'll do: Track all expenditures of the department and maintain a record of all work accomplished.
Assist in coordination of community events.
Supervise and train all Plant Operations employees.
Work as part of the management team.
Responsible for department budget.
Coordinate service from outside vendors for mechanical systems.
Maintain fire inspection records and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.What you'll bring: Previous experience in custodial/maintenance areas.
Previous management experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
