About this position Reporting to the CRO, the Vice President of Sales for Fraud Prevention will manage and continue to grow a team of enterprise sales professionals that are primarily focused on customers in the financial services, insurance, and eCommerce verticals.--The ability to determine a smart go-to-market strategy and create a highly capable and motivated team will be critical to success.--The VP of Sales will be expected to manage a widely dispersed team of remote employees while maintaining the culture and values of Pipl.--The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of the various fraud use cases in addition to a successful track record of exceeding revenue goals, building trusted relationships with clients, and inspiring their team to be the best. This is a hands-on, highly visible, 'lead from the front' sales leadership role with a travel expectation of up to least 30%.--You will be key to the growth of the company and in shaping its go-to-market strategy. Requirements What you'll do:

  • Drive the team to meet or exceed revenue goals;
  • Determine an effective go-to-market strategy for your assigned vertical;
  • Build a highly motivated and talented team that is successful;
  • Develop long term loyal customer relationships;
  • Monitor & understand your assigned vertical & customer base and be able to adapt your strategy;
  • Lead by example, inspire, and add value. You are:
    • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in software or technology;
    • 5+ years of managing sales teams including remote employees;
    • Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of training and experience;
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets;
    • Deep knowledge of the various fraud prevention use-cases;
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills;
    • Domain expertise and relationships in one of our key verticals/use-cases;
    • Experience in selling to both technical and commercial business stakeholders;
    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;--
    • Strong business acumen & solid negotiation skills;--
    • Ability to travel frequently (at least 50%).
    • Highly organized self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
    • A motivational leader who can inspire their team and their customers;
    • A leader who can drive hard but knows when to stop and smell the roses.
