key partner in AT&T’s B2B campaign, we help expand market share
and increase customer engagement through face-to-face outreach and
tailored business solutions. This is a full-time, in-person
position designed to launch your career in management. You’ll work
hands-on with sales, team development, and operations—gaining the
real-world experience needed to lead a high-performing team and
drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: Work
directly with small businesses to promote AT&T's telecom
services through in-person B2B sales Learn territory planning,
sales strategy, and customer onboarding best practices Assist in
recruiting, coaching, and mentoring new team members Track team
performance metrics, report campaign results, and adjust strategy
as needed Contribute to a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
while building leadership skills
